1. General
By accessing and shopping at Main Line Revival, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice.

2. Product Condition & Liability
All items are pre-owned unless otherwise noted. While each piece is carefully curated and authenticated, imperfections inherent to secondhand goods may be present. Main Line Revival is not responsible for any such imperfections.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are set based on brand, condition, market value, and demand. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods.

4. Consignment Terms
All consignors must sign a Consignment Agreement, which outlines revenue splits, consignment periods, and store policies. This agreement remains active for all future consignments unless terminated in writing. A separate Consignment Intake Form is required for each new drop-off. Only items that meet Main Line Revival’s quality and brand standards will be accepted. Consignors are responsible for retrieving unsold items within the designated timeframe. 

5. Store Policies

• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• Customers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

• Main Line Revival reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

6. Events & Promotions
Occasional flash sales, promotions, and special events may be offered. Discounts are valid only during specified dates and cannot be applied retroactively.

7. Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during transactions is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share or sell your data without consent.

8. Intellectual Property
All branding, imagery, and content related to Main Line Revival is the property of the business and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Pennsylvania courts.

10. At-Home Furniture Consignment
Main Line Revival offers a remote consignment option for eligible furniture pieces. This option allows consignors to keep larger items in their homes until they are sold.

To qualify:

• Items must meet our quality, brand, and style criteria.

• Consignors are responsible for staging, cleaning, and photographing each item.

• Photos must clearly show overall condition and any visible damage.

• Main Line Revival will review submissions and determine eligibility.

• Accepted items will be listed and promoted through our sales channels.

Once sold, Main Line Revival will coordinate with the buyer for pickup or delivery. The consignor must accommodate pickup logistics within a reasonable timeframe. Main Line Revival reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet quality or presentation standards. All other consignment terms, including commission splits and payout timelines, apply.
